Hi, I’m Jana. I’ve been a graphic designer for more than 25 years, I’ve been doing websites since 2004, and I’ve been a blogger myself since early 2012.
I specialize in:
- Helping bloggers set up WordPress websites.
- Creating and/or redesigning websites for small businesses and nonprofits.
- Helping anyone set up a MailChimp email newsletter, and training them in how to send campaigns.
And this is what I do:
Many of my other website clients are seeking to re-do a site which has become outdated, cumbersome and/or expensive to maintain. Others are building a brand new website and are not sure where to start.
In both cases, I help you think through and prioritize the features and functionality that will create your perfect website.
And then, I make that happen.
Writing and editing services
You have the knowledge, but maybe not the time and/or patience to sit down and write till it’s just right. Also, writing for the web is a different beast from writing for print, so even if you have stellar brochures and whatnot already written, transferring them to the web should include some skillful editing.
Let me take that off your plate! Usually, a brief conversation with you and maybe one or two follow-up emails is all I need to turn your knowledge into a web- or email-ready article or blog post.

Email marketing services
Among online adults, 92% use email, with 61% using it on an average day. Savvy email marketing can be a powerful part of your online presence. I can help with strategy, design, and writing or editing. I can handle the sends for you, or train you and/or your staff so you can do all sends in-house.
Graphic design services
I’ve been a graphic designer since the mid-80’s, and self-employed since 1995. My experience is broad. Mailers, brochures, newsletters. Corporate identity, ads of all sizes. From billboards to guitar picks; if it’s printed, I’ve probably done it. These days, I mostly just do logos and business cards for my web clients. See my work.
